Syco Billy’s close out the Oregon Crafters Market on the Rong Stage and the High Water Grill. Syco Billy’s is Silverton’s own local bluegrass/cajun band and is finale worthy and needs no description if you’re a local. Come dance and shimmy to the delightful sounds of the banjo, fiddles and base with lively vocals you can sing along with.
